Josh Paniaguas is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, where his roots have deeply influenced his career and personal life. Drawn to the kitchen industry by the profound sense of accomplishment he feels when clients see their dream kitchens for the first time, Josh thrives on improving the functionality of what is arguably the most important room in the house and enjoys the fun selection processes that come with it.

With a passion for working with clients of all types, Josh is dedicated to turning dream kitchens into reality. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. His professional credentials include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, an ASQ certification, and induction into the Northwest Indiana Society of Innovators. With over 20 years of experience in project management and building trades roles, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes.

Laura Hunt, a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of construction and design, has resided in Northwest Indiana for 36 years. Her passion for construction began in middle school, inspired by her father, who was a builder. Laura's early interest led her to study Drafting in high school and Interior Design in college. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Art from Freed-Hardeman University in Tennessee.

With 27 years of experience in cabinet design, Laura has honed her skills through extensive training at several cabinet factories. This hands-on experience has provided her with a deep understanding of cabinet construction and durability, enhancing her ability to create high-quality, functional designs.

Laura is committed to making the kitchen, the heart of the home, an inviting and practical space for friends and family to gather. She is passionate about guiding consumers through the cabinet process, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience.

Rick has been a long-time resident of Northwest Indiana, having lived in Highland, Hobart, and Portage for most of his life, with 17 years in Portage. His deep-rooted connection to the area fuels his passion for transforming homes and creating spaces that clients can truly enjoy and take pride in. Rick is dedicated to working closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to help them maximize their budgets and achieve a space that excites them. He brings a wealth of knowledge in industry standards and emerging design trends, ensuring that the results are not only beautiful but also timeless.

 

Rick is also self-taught in Takeoff and Blueprint reading, with additional certifications, including a Part 107 Drone Pilot and Incident Management training through FEMA. This unique blend of skills and experience allows Rick to offer a comprehensive and forward-thinking approach to home design and construction.
